Keoghs is one of the leading providers of claims-related services to insurers, businesses and other suppliers to the insurance sector.
Keoghs were looking for an automation solution to help support and assist in the automation of processes surrounding their new HP Service Desk.
By leveraging PowerON’s Fastrack Deployment framework PowerON delivered an Automated System Center Orchestrator deployment. Orchestrator Automation helped Keoghs automate processes for the new HP Service Desk, whilst also reviewing internal processes for automation at a later stage.
System Center Orchestrator has enabled Keoghs to automate further services in the future. PowerON’s knowledge transfer session has also allowed Keoghs to better utilise and leverage Orchestrator for future use. Keoghs also benefited by being able to automate internal processes, often repetitive and time consuming, and been able to realise more consistent outputs as well as less overheads.
